The answers to many frequently asked questions can be found right here; however, if the information you are looking for is not on this page, please do not hesitate to contact me. I personally answer all emails and respond to most inquiries within 24 hours.
• Products •
• Made to Order •
You do not have to worry about dusty or faded stock that has been sitting on a shelf because your order is made specifically for you! Every invitation and piece of stationery is printed upon final approval of your order. This gives you complete design flexibility, allowing you to personalize your order by changing colors, size, paper type and more!
• Envelopes •
All invitations, note cards and greeting cards include envelopes in the price. Calling card orders do not come standard with envelopes, but they can be ordered!
• Proofs •
You can put your mind to rest knowing that you will get to see you order before it is printed. Every personalized order comes with a full color proof for you to review for visual appeal and accuracy of information before it gets printed! Have changes that you want to see made? No Problem- a revised proof will be sent to you for every round of changes made until it is exactly what you are looking for.
• Colors •
Due to variations in monitor settings, the colors shown on your screen may not be the exact printed colors. If you are concerned about how it will print, please do not hesitate to ask for a free sample. Simply provide your mailing address and which design it is that you are concerned about.
Raised printed (thermography) items cannot be viewed ahead of time due to the printing process.

LOVE a particular design that is shown on a product, but not the product that YOU want? No Problem! Let me know what you want and I will make it happen! Just send me a message with the details. The best part... you can still have it personalized!
Custom Design Services
My goal is to provide you with the perfect invitation, announcement and stationery! If you have a general idea of what you want, I can help you design it. You will have control over colors, style, paper type and more!
• Payment •
Full payment is due at the time the order is placed. All purchases can be made through PayPal.
• PayPal •
PayPal currently processes all credit and debit card payments made on this site.
You do not need to have or open a PayPal account in order to make a purchase on this website. When you reach the PayPal payment page, click the link that says "Don't have a PayPal account?" This will open up a new box that will allow you to enter your credit or debit card information and complete your payment. It will give you the option to create a PayPal account, but it is not required.
• Problems with PayPal •
Occassionally, customers have issues with PayPal not allowing the transaction to complete. If you are having this problem, please do not cancel your order. Simply go back to the payment selection page and select check/money order. Your order will be sent to me, and I will contact you directly about processing your credit card through another merchant account.
• Check/Money Order •
Just because you are shopping online does not mean you have to use your credit card! You are welcome to mail a check or money order for the exact amount on your order confirmation page. Simply select the "Check/Money Order" option on the payment selection page. Once your order has been received, I will email you the information on where to send the payment. Please make the payment out to kpvance designs.
NOTE: your payment must be received before ANY work will be done on your order, including your proof.
• Refunds/Exchanges •
Every invitation and piece of stationery is printed upon final approval of your order, so it is made specifically for you! You are going to love anything that you order, but I want to make sure you are happy.
• Order Cancellations •
• If you have paid for your order and decide to cancel it, you may receive a full refund if as long as no work has been started (designing, proof or printing).
• If I have begun designing or have started setting up your proof, a $20.00 cancellation fee is charged.
• If I have already begun printing your order, no refund will be given.
• Not Satisfied •
• In this rare case, please contact me directly to work out the problem.
• Shipping •
• Order Turn Around •
Once you have approved your final proof for printing, I typically print and ship within 48 hours.
• Shipping Method •
Unless otherwise requested, all of my orders ship vis USPS (the United States Post Office) Priority Mail. The standard delivery time is between 1-3 business days.
• Expedited Shipping •
While overnight shipping is very costly, sometimes life gets in the way and it is necessary! Expedited shipping is available, but rates vary depending on the order and where it will be going. Please contact me directly at kim@kpvancedesigns.com for a price quote. Make sure to include what you are ordering, quantity and address it will be sent to.
NOTE: This price will expedite SHIPPING ONLY. Turn around for processing orders will not change unless you have discussed it with me before placing your order.
Please note that while this turnaround is typical, it is not guaranteed. I will work with you as much as possible to get your order completed quickly; however, if you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order to make sure you will have it in time!
